|Recommended: NoImprovement Needed — It's challenging to accept paying the premium rate for rent when many issues continue.
The entrance door on the 85th side constantly malfunctions, leaving me to walk around the building to gain access. Also, the elevator is reserved for movers, and that's fine, but when I attempt to access the building at 1 00 am, and there are no movers, it's difficult to accept that the elevator wasn't returned to normal operations. This has happened a lot.
The walls have been dinged by movers and look bad. There is damage to the wall just outside of my apartment.
The dog waste bins are regularly overflowing with waste.
Unit 314 has new residents who leave trash outside their door. Today, there was a wet rug left in the hallway that smelled horrible like a farm animal . This isn't very pleasant.
The conference room has poor acoustics. Teams Zoom meetings are difficult because of the loud echo. Maintenance attempted to mitigate the problem by placing a rug in the room, but this rug now covers the only electrical outlet.
I submitted a work order for my dryer several months back for the loud noise from the machine when turned on. The fix was to jam a piece of plastic between the stacked washer and dryer to lessen the vibration noise. This did not work and I am constantly reminded that I pay 1000 more monthly rent, and this is what I'm getting.

|Recommended: YesBrand-new apartment complex with lots of ammenities — Brand new building, all new appliances.
Lots of common space lounge, conference room, 2-level lobby area, roof-top, movie-room etc.
Great gym and lots of storage room options.
The largest bicycle room I have ever seen.
The only downside is - everything is accessible only using a fob, so - it is not easy to move in if many people help you with the move .
